Waiting months for a repaired VanMoof – if it can be repaired at all. Many customers are fed up and exchange the popular e-bike for another brand. Bicycle repair shops also see customers desperately walking in with their broken electric bicycle, which can no longer be repaired by the brand. “With other e-bikes, those parts are easy to order, and you are done much faster.”
