Federal Minister of Health Frank Vandenbroucke (Vooruit) wants to finance the introduction of the HPV test as an initial test to detect cervical cancer if the regions convince more women to get tested. “We want to fund the test so that this screening can be performed on women between the ages of 30 and 65, and we ask the states to do everything they can to convince women to get tested.” That is what Vandenbroucke said on Monday in the VRT program to the point.
