The Belgian virologist Marc van Ranst is going to donate the 4000 euros in compensation that he receives from Willem Engel, the leader of the action group Virus Truth, to UNICEF’s Covax program. Covax is used to provide vaccines to poorer countries that cannot afford corona vaccines themselves.
Willem Engel has been ordered by a Belgian judge to pay Van Ranst 4000 euros in damages. The Dutchman and the Belgian regularly clash on Twitter.
