Tom van Kalmthout and Yannick van de Velde have started recording for a new broadcast-series. The series is not a sequel, but a completely new story, KRO-NCRV announced on Tuesday.

The series was conceived and written by Van Kalmthout and Van de Velde. They will also take the lead roles. The series will be broadcast on NPO3 in the spring of 2023.

The original broadcastseries from 2015 consists of a series of absurdist sketches set in a high school. Many big names, such as Pierre Bokma and Kees Hulst, had a supporting role in that series.

The cinema film followed in 2020 Radio: Yacht Watcher and in the meantime, Van Kalmthout and Van de Velde caused a furore in the theaters with the performances growing pains in death scream. In 2018, they won the Neerlands Hoop, the theater prize for promising talent, with the first show.
