Edwin van der Sar got involved in the VAR discussion during the Chelsea – Manchester United match. Chelsea was disadvantaged by the arbitration and saw two goals rejected.

“It can stand two sides for a club,” responded Van der Sar on Twitter. The general manager of Ajax probably refers to the match between Chelsea and Ajax in the Champions League. In that game Ajax received two red cards that should not have been given. A 1-4 lead went up in smoke: 4-4.
The Telegraph reported two weeks ago that it was confirmed at an arbitrators’ meeting that the arbitration had made mistakes and that Ajax was therefore robbed.
