Valve Updates Steam Season Pass Rules: What Gamers and Developers Need to Know

Valve acknowledges that release dates cannot always be met. Therefore developers can change the release date of content from the season pass once, although the new date must be within three months of the original date. When DLC that is part of a season pass is canceled, users must be refunded.
