Validation of the social policy, employment and working conditions of 2021 | Orange France Headquarters | Orange Divisions | Establishments

France Siège"/>

Your elected officials voted for a resolution requesting expertise to be able to give an informed opinion on the 2021 social report.

The constant decrease in FTEs, the loss of skills and expertise lead to a deterioration of working conditions and an increase in psychosocial risks. We warn about the lack of fluidity of mobility, when we see that DGP regularly calls for applications for positions reserved for DGP employees, excluding employees of OFS and Orange SA and pointing out the limits of training remotely, the collective being an important issue in the training process. A major effort remains to be made on the visibility and transparency of communication for degree courses and CPFs.

In the 2021 outlook for the 2022-2024 Skills Development Plan, no selection criteria for retraining were presented to the Commission; relevant information to increase the number of candidates.

Elected officials are also concerned about employees whose professions are in decline and for whom a training effort must be made. We are expecting a specific and detailed action plan from Management.

We must remain vigilant so that the rate of feminization does not continue to decline as has been the case for two years.

Consequently, your elected officials expressly ask the Management to:

  • strengthen the presence of women in the CODIR;
  • increase the rate of feminization from band F;
  • increase the training and support effort in order to increase the rate of feminization in the fields of Innovation/Technology;
  • correct wage gaps by increasing the budget for wage correction measures.

CFE-CGC analysis

During the June CSE, your elected officials had requested that an expertise be carried out on the 2021 Social Report. Management had it canceled on the grounds that it must be done by the CSEC. Your elected officials have therefore voted a resolution asking the latter to vote on this expertise in order to be able to give an opinion on this Social Report. However, Management considered that the opinion had been rendered. We denounce this forced passage, an unfortunate illustration of the deterioration of social dialogue…
