From the report Embracer it became known that sales of the “survival” game Valheim have already crossed over for 12 million copies.
The game entered early access in February 2021 and reached 3 million copies sold in its first week. By April 2022, the number reached 10 million copies.
In March 2023, Valheim released Xbox. Moreover, the authors previously stated that such successes forced them to regard the game as the start of a full-fledged long-running franchise.
At the same time, it became known that sales of Deep Rock Galactic reached 7 million copies, and Satisfactory – 5 million copies.
In January of this year, developers reported 5.5 million Deep Rock Galacticand now another 1.5 million copies have been added to them – the game itself was launched in 2018 (later released on PlayStation и Xbox).
Earlier, new locations and world modifiers appeared in the test version of Valheim; later they will be added to the main game.
