On March 31, Valentino was sued for defamation, after creating a show on Tomis Boulevard in Constanța on March 7. He initiated a scandal, after he tried to cross the street through an unauthorized place and was one step away from being hit by the SAS masked special vehicle. Not knowing who was behind the wheel, Valentino wanted to flex his muscles in front of his girlfriend. He threatened the police, becoming more and more aggressive. All this time, his girlfriend was screaming something like in the slum, waking up the whole neighborhood.

On May 31, he appeared before the magistrates, at the first court date in the case, but he asked for the postponement of the case, in order to guarantee the right to defense. Thus, the meeting was set for June 28. Until then, he will be under house arrest, after the Constanța Court found, also on May 31, the legality and validity of the house arrest measure, maintaining the measure for a period of 60 days , to be checked at the latest on July 29 of this year

We remind you that, on November 17, 2020, at around 3:45 p.m., the policemen of the 2nd Constanța Section were alerted to the fact that on Alexandru Lăpușneanu boulevard in the Constanța municipality, a man used a gun with rubber balls, during a altercations. The man in question was identified and taken to headquarters for questioning. As a result of the use of the weapons, 2 people, men, were slightly injured. At the same time, on 8.12.2020, two men were traveling in an Audi A6 car, returning from a funeral at the Muslim cemetery, located on Topolog alley, in the area of ​​the Sabroso restaurant in Constanța. There was an older conflict between the two groups, more precisely between Valentino and the relatives of one who was in the other car. Therefore, they crossed paths in traffic, stopped the cars and started talking. Şerban Andrei Valentin spat in the face of one of the men in the other car, and immediately got out of the car he was in and hit him with his left fist on the head, on which occasion the injured person suffered injuries that required 1- 2 days of medical care. Also at that time, the defendant was also holding a knife with which he tried to cut him, but he avoided and even ran away from the aggressor. After this aggression, Şerban Andrei Valentin got into the car he was traveling with and left. And the list goes on!
