Italy’s MotoGP icon Valentino Rossi made his many fans an unexpected joy with a special video especially for the quiet Christmas days.
Valentino Rossi is also busy in the run-up to Christmas and this time again consistently sat on the motorcycle. In the days before Christmas, the 41-year-old completed an extended training session under floodlights on his Motor Ranch in the hinterland of Tavullia. This year Rossi was particularly proud of the brightly lit and radiantly decorated main building on the site.
In cooperation with his long-time leather sponsor Dainese, Rossi produced a very special driving video. This includes the analysis of two laps on his dirt track in Tavullia. Rossi is filmed by Moto3 rider Andrea Migno – one of the members of his VR46 Riders Academy – driving behind him and speaks over a microphone under the helmet in real time and with a lot of emotion over every passage of the sandy circuit.
The video, entitled “Flat Track Master”, takes just under five minutes and is peppered with tips and instructions from the master for his personal training area.
By the way: As part of the last training session on the ranch before Christmas, a so-called “American Race” was held again – a race in which the driver at the bottom of the field is eliminated from the competition every two laps. Rossi rolled up the field from behind here.
This time there was “Full House”, because all VR46 aces were there, such as Andrea Migno, Franco Morbidelli, Marco Bezzecchi, Stefano Manzi and Rossi half-brother Luca Marini.
