A SNACK
Poke with fried oyster mushrooms, soybeans, carrot, avocado, purple cabbage and Gyoza sauce
MAIN COURSE
Fried zander fillet, cauliflower puree, asparagus with pumpkin seed oil, seaweed with sesame and Chorizo – caper butter sauce
OR
Bone-in corned chicken breast, mashed cauliflower, asparagus with pumpkin seed oil, maple syrup glazed parsnips and green pepper sauce
DESERTS
Hazelnut ganache with citrus meringue, bubble chocolate, passionflower gel and berries
