The Key to Valenciennes will try to provide all the keys to accessing the real estate market to investors by meeting professionals in the sector during meetings to grow together. This real estate club was founded last June by three passionate investors: Victor Claudot, investment expert, Yohan Marlière, network facilitator and Frédéric Prévost, general director of municipal services.
« We want to encourage beginners to invest, those who are hesitant to get started, without forgetting regulars for whom it will be a project accelerator, announce the creators. For example, we target people who want to surround themselves. The professionals they meet will answer their questions and advise them to avoid setbacks. »

The club already has around fifty members, mainly from Valenciennes, but we also find some in the rest of Hainaut-Cambrésis and the Lille metropolis. « Half of them are notaries, accountants, building craftsmen, financiers, real estate agents and the other half are individual investors. The youngest is 18 years old », indicate the creators.
