Valdim Siksni has more than twenty years of experience in the financial services industry in the Baltic States and Eastern Europe. Currently, he is the chairman of the board of the Latvian pension savings manager IPAS “Indexo”.
“Indexo” group is expanding its activities and has submitted an application for a bank license. “The day when the first account in Indexo bank is opened will be great,” says the manager.
Valdis Siksnis was the head of the Latvian branch of the bank “Nordea” for ten years, he managed investment and fundraising projects in the amount of more than 300 million euros in the investment and financial consulting company “Callidus Capital”.
Outside of work, he is a father of three children and tries to find time for various sports activities, including windsurfing, alpine and cross-country skiing.

I think that right now I am primarily perceived as a person working on the creation of “Indexo” bank. “When will I be able to open an account with you?” is a question I get in almost every conversation.
I admit that I am still associated with ten years in the position of manager of the Latvian branch of “Nordea” bank.
