Mickaël lends his car to Alexandre who returns it to him with a bonus: a € 135 fine for having parked in a place reserved for the disabled. He will therefore request reimbursement, first by SMS and then not getting a response, by going to Alexandre’s home. But things will degenerate to the point of bringing the latter before the criminal court to violence with threat of a weapon. The facts took place at Valdallière (Calvados) in the afternoon of Saturday, November 21, 2020.
Threatened with a dummy weapon and badly beaten
When Mickaël shows up in front of Alexandre’s building, it is his companion who comes down. Very annoyed, she starts hitting him and he pushes her back to defend himself. Alexandre, who has witnessed the scene from his window, comes down and points at Mickaël what looks like a pistol, before punching him with his fists that throw him to the ground where he will be struck again. This aggression results in 3 days of incapacity for work.
“I wanted to defend my companion”
At the bar, the defendant explained: “When I saw him grab my companion by the neck, I wanted to defend her. I took a pistolet that I had made with a piece of wood for the children, it is not a weapon ”. This is not the opinion of the prosecutor:
“The victim did not realize that the gun was made of wood. It was to scare him, adding psychological violence to physical violence ”.
Alexandre Vannier, 40 years old, who had just served a prison sentence before the facts, receives the 6 firm months required and € 800 in moral damage.
