Flagship project
“Flagship project of the local economic development and social inclusion strategy around digital creation”, we emphasize in the agglomeration.
With a surface area of 2,550 m², the Maison du Numérique will host spaces for young entrepreneurs, training courses for people remote from employment, craftsmen and traders wishing to achieve the digital transition of their activity but also the all inhabitants and citizens who wish to train and get involved in projects.
The prefect also visited the premises of Faclab® Numixs, a third place where everyone can imagine a project and make it a reality while contributing locally to the collective intelligence of the international network of fabLabs.
Digital technology represents a major stake for the territory, an opportunity to train young populations in trades related to this sector of activity, to be identified as a territory of innovation and to create a dynamic for the development of related applications. to the smart city. The digital ecosystem, called Numixs and created by Roissy-Pays de France, materializes through the creation of third-places dedicated to digital such as a Numixs Incubator, a Numixs FacLab®, mini-labs and a Digital House (planned for 2022), central element of the Numixs ecosystem.
