Vadel denies allegations that Nikita Mirzani’s child was banned: it’s hate

TikToker Vadel Badjideh Denied allegations of abortion against Nikita Mirzani’s daughter, LM (16). Vadel claims the allegations are nothing but slanderous.

“What I got from everyone was that what they were accused of was outrageous,” Vadel Badjideh said after being questioned at the South Jakarta Metro Police, Friday (4/ 10/2023).

Vadel feels confident that he will escape from the law. He reiterated the allegations of sexual relations with a minor and abortion.

Meanwhile, one of his legal team, Rahmat, said that the focus of the investigation was around the article reported by Nikita Mirzani. One of them is about him relationship with young children.

“Earlier the focus of the question was on several articles that Vadel was accused of, namely article 76D and article 81 of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia number 17 of 2016 regarding amendments to two Laws of the Republic of Indonesia number 23 of 2002 regarding the protection of children. this article is basically related to someone “It is forbidden to commit violence or threats of violence, forcing a child to have sexual relations with him or another person. So this is the act that is said in the report ,” explained Rahmat.

According to him, the elements in this article must be verified. In fact, according to his application, Vadel’s relationship with LM is going well and his family is taking care of him.

“Earlier, Vadel definitely said that there never was any, because since he met LM, Vadel had taken him into his family. It was firmly explained that that relationship was never there,” he said.

In addition, with regard to the abortion article, according to him, this must also be confirmed. Rahmat argued that Vadel had never performed an abortion on LM.

“This article is basically saying that every woman who has an abortion is one, right? Vadel has never had an abortion. So we’re sure, in terms of the article about abortion which is said according to the invitation to clarify for us, this accusation is against LM himself,” he said.
