VADC invites you to donate blood until the Easter holidays

In April, the center will go on 55 trips all over Latvia, as well as donors are welcome in all permanent donation places, said the director of the State Blood Donor Center Egita Pole.
“At the moment, we see that there is a relatively high demand for donor blood, especially O-, A +, A- and B- blood. As the Easter holidays are approaching, when there will be four long days during which hospitals will definitely need different types of blood components, we would especially like to encourage donors to remember and do this good thing during these two weeks, ”Pole noted.
