After more and more countries have suspended vaccination with Astrazeneca, Germany is also following. This has serious consequences for the vaccination centers in Baden-Württemberg.

Stuttgart – The indications that after vaccination with the Astrazenca vaccine can lead to severe blood coagulation disorders with possible deaths have evidently increased so much that the federal government has now also suspended vaccinations with this active ingredient. It follows a current recommendation from the responsible Paul Ehrlich Institute (PEI). According to Federal Health Minister Jens Spahn (CDU), further investigations are required. Blood clots in cerebral veins that appeared after vaccination appear to be a cause for concern.
