From today, no corona measures apply in Denmark. This means that the corona evidence, which can be used to show whether someone has been vaccinated, tested negative or recovered from corona, does not have to be shown anywhere anymore. The coronavirus is no longer classified by the Danish authorities as a virus that is dangerous for society.
Previously, the mask obligation and other corona measures were already abolished in Denmark. At the beginning of this month, the nightlife could open again, initially with a corona pass.
According to the Danish Ministry of Health, the relaxation is possible thanks to the high vaccination rate. More than 83 percent of Danes aged 12 and older have been fully vaccinated against the coronavirus. People who want to enter Denmark still have to deal with restrictions. In addition, the authorities have warned to introduce new measures quickly, if necessary.
