On another public health issue, the Ministry of Health mentioned in a statement that the decrease in cases by Covid-19 continues, since in the last 24 hours of Monday, 8 new cases and 2 deaths were reported. Of the new confirmed cases, the city of Tijuana registered 3, San Quintín two and Ensenada 3.
The two recorded deaths occurred in Mexicali and Playas de Rosarito.
The month of February closed with 482 active cases, with the city of Tijuana presenting the highest number of cases with 185. The municipality of Mexicali registers 109, Ensenada 86, San Quintín 69, Tecate 22, Rosarito 8 and San Felipe 3.
