The Almería Health District has enabled a vaccination consultation for children and adolescents through which it is intended to complete the calendar of those users who have not done it so far. Coinciding with the holiday period, between July 3 and 14, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. hours may go without an appointment prior to the consultation located at the main entrance of the Peripheral Center of Specialties Bola Azul.
From the District they have detailed that currently the DTPA-IPV vaccine in children under 6 years of age it has been administered to 76.35% of users; Tetanus-Diphtheria 14-year-old users, 47.99%; the first dose of HPV with 12 years at 88.57%; second dose of HPV to those born between 2005 and 2010, 87.24%; Meningococcus ACWY at 12 years 89.25%; ACYW Meningococcus to those born between 2002 and 2010 94.90%. In the consultation, all the information related to vaccination will also be offered.
It should be noted that the vaccination schedules are subject to continuous updates, to adapt both to the epidemiological changes of the vaccine preventable diseases, as well as scientific-technical advances and the incorporation of new vaccines. All the main novelties accumulated in the Andalusian systematic vaccination calendar with respect to the 2021-22 calendar are recalled below:
· Changing the dose of Tdpa at 6 years for the vaccine DTPa-VPI (Tetraxim®) in the 2017 birth cohort, beginning in January 2023. Pre-2017 birth cohorts who have not received this 6-year dose of Tdpa will receive one dose of Tdpa (Boostrix®).
Regarding the ransom program with MenACWY (Nimenrix®) in adolescents and young adults, it is extended for another year, so that in 2023 it covers all those unvaccinated between 13 and 21 years of age (born between 2002 and 2010), and the 12-year-old cohort (born in 2011) is included. ) to this vaccination.
· Inclusion of systematic vaccination against papillomavirus (Gardasil 9®) in 12-year-old boys, starting on January 1, 2023 with the cohort of born in 2011.

· In 2023, the age cohorts continue to expand, currently recommending systematic vaccination against pneumococcus, starting April 25, 2023, with the new 20-valent conjugate vaccine (VNC20, Apexxnar®) in the adult population between 60 and 72 years of age (that is, born between 1951 and 1963, both inclusive) who have not previously received any dose of pneumococcal conjugate vaccine (VNC13 or VNC20).
For the first time, starting next autumn, the immunization of children under six months of age against the virus that causes the bronchiolitis.
