Vaccination Centers Open on Sunday in Asunción, Paraguay

In Asunción, the vaccination centers that will be open this Sunday, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., are located in the San Pablo Maternal and Child Hospitals, Barrio Obrero and the Regional Vaccination Hospital, which is located between Brasil and Fulgencio R. Moreno streets.

The Loma Pytã Maternal and Child Care Center will be open at two times: from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.; while at the Maternal de Trinidad, from 7:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

In these vaccination centers, citizens will be able to acquire the annual booster dose against Covid-19 (bivalent), as well as vaccines against the Human Papillomavirus (HPV) and influenza.

All girls ages 9 to 14 should receive the HPV vaccine free of charge at vaccination centers.

The bivalent is applied from six years of age onwards and the anti-influenza doses from six months of age onwards. It is also applicable annually.

Those parents looking to update their children’s regular schedule can go to the vaccination centers set up for this Sunday.
