Vaccination against COVID-19 outside Quebec: entry in the vaccination registry

Those concerned will have to make an appointment at a vaccination center by going to the Québec.ca / vaccinCOVID page to access the Clic Santé platform. Several vaccination centers by region have been designated for the registration of COVID-19 vaccines administered outside Quebec. Consult the list of vaccination centers (PDF 279 Ko).

Once at the vaccination center, you will need to present a piece of identification as well as legible proof of vaccination issued in the country where the doses were administered. No registration can be made without this written proof. The information contained in the evidence will be validated to ensure that it is a vaccine authorized by at least one country in the world and that the interval between doses has been observed.

In the event that the information indicated on the proof does not conform, the citizen will be notified and will be invited to resume his vaccination at the vaccination site or to make an appointment to be vaccinated at a later date.

If the information indicated on the proof is correct, the information can be entered in the vaccination register and electronic proof of vaccination can be sent to citizens. The criteria for receiving electronic proof of vaccination are listed on the Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination page.
