With the transition to the yellow zone, the number of first doses of COVID vaccine has increased by almost 25%.
In Ukraine, over the past day, 119,378 people received vaccinations against the coronavirus COVID-19. This is three times more yesterday’s figure, reports the Ministry of Health on Tuesday, September 28.
It is noted that the number of first doses of the vaccine has increased by almost 25%. The numbers have skyrocketed since the yellow epidemic level was announced on 23 September.
Yesterday 70,004 people received the first dose, 49,374 people were fully immunized. During the day, 896 mobile teams, 2,971 vaccination points, 344 vaccination centers worked.
On Monday, Pfizer received the most vaccines, 60,484. Sinovac, 357,400, and AstraZeneca, 23,494, were used the least. Moderna was not used.
Since the beginning of the vaccination campaign 6 851 531 people have been vaccinated, of whom 6 851 529 people received one dose, 5 508 212 people are fully immunized and received two doses. A total of 12 359 741 inoculations were carried out.
