This Tuesday, starting at 6 p.m., the self-proclaimed UVA mortgage holders will meet in front of the Provincial Legislature as part of a national march that will take place under the slogan “Protect your home.” The call aims to make visible the problems faced by those who have received UVA mortgage loans, as well as to request solutions from the authorities.
The organizers of the march asked those who joined to bring a can and their house keys to make noise, as well as urging them to carry light blue and white flags or ribbons as a symbol of their claim .
In a statement published on social networks, those called individually expressed the urgent need for the restructuring of UVA mortgage loans, both for current and future loans, with the aim of making them sustainable over time and protect the homes of thousands of families.
Many referred to the loan they took as “consumer”, because after the third unpaid installment the bank can auction off the home. In addition, they explained that the fees rise much more than the inflation, for example, someone who requested a loan of $ 1,380,000 in December 2017 from Banco Nación, currently in debt of $ 43,700,000.
Go to the Home Index.
