The derby between Utsikten and Gais offered really hot emotions.
After the final whistle, the home team’s coach Bosko Orovic launched a proper attack on the Gais supporters.
– They are sick fucking people, he tells them The Gothenburg Post.
It was in the second half that things got really heated in the Gothenburg derby, when Utsikten’s goalkeeper Elias Hadaya ended up in a confrontation with some Gais supporters.
“It’s piss bums”
This after a number of supporters in the away section started throwing objects onto the field, in the direction of the goalkeeper – who responded by throwing back.
Utsikten’s coach, Bosko Orovic, was furious with the Gais supporters for their behavior after the match.
– It is under all criticism. Under all criticism! It’s these scumbags we must remove from Swedish football, forever. Then I’m talking about the people who throw things in – no one else. It’s pissing, he says to Göteborgsposten.
Hitting back at criticism
Johan Larsson, who is responsible for supporters on Gai’s board, was upset by the actions of his own fans – at the same time he believed that Utsikten also bore part of the responsibility for the upset atmosphere.
– When I spoke to our security officer before the match, I asked her to raise the issue, that if Utsikten scored a goal, they would celebrate it internally. It happened completely in Utsikten, says Larsson to Göteborgsposten.
Gais won the match 2–1 after a late decision by Julius Lindberg in the 80th minute.
