1. Operation
Treatment for uterine cancer usually involves surgical removal of the uterus (hysterectomy), as well as removal of the fallopian tubes and ovaries (salpingo-oophorectomy). Hysterectomy makes it impossible for a woman to get pregnant. After the ovaries are removed, a woman will go through menopause.
