Donovan Mitchell signed 27 points with 11 assists for the fiery Utah Jazz to maintain the best record in the NBA with Sunday’s 103-95 win over the Indiana Pacers.

Bojan Bogdanovic finished with 18 points. Jordan Clarkson added 17 as a substitute. Rudy Gobert had 16 points and 16 boards.

Domantas Sabonis signed 20 for the Pacers (12-12), who have lost five of their last six games. Doug McDermott contributed 18 points off the bench. Malcolm Brogdon had 15 points and seven assists.

Mikal Bridges scored 19 points, Devin Booker added 18 points with 11 assists and the Phoenix Suns held out to beat the Boston Celtics 100-91 on Sunday.

Phoenix improved to 13-9 this season, with five wins in his last six games.

Cam Johnson added 17 points as a backup, while Deandre Ayton had 16 points and 11 rebounds.

Jayson Tatum led Boston with 23 points and seven assists. Kemba Walker added 14, while Payton Pritchard and Daniel Theis contributed 12.

Terry Rozier scored 26 points, including five triples, Gordon Hayward added 25 points and the Charlotte Hornets defeated the Washington Wizards 119-97 on Sunday.

LaMelo Ball followed up on his career-best 34-point performance against the Utah Jazz with a solid game. He finished with 19 points, seven rebounds and five assists.

Bradley Beal, the NBA’s leading scorer with an average of 33.3 points per game, led Washington with 31 points – he made 11 of 22 shots from the field. Russell Westbrook had 12 points, 11 rebounds and nine assists.

Bam Adebayo registered 24 points and 11 rebounds, Jimmy Butler starred in a great second half and was close to the triple-double for the Miami Heat to beat the New York Knicks 109-103 on Sunday in the first game of a series of two encounters.

Butler finished with 17 points, 10 rebounds and nine assists.

Julius Randle had 26 points, 13 rebounds and seven assists.

Fox shines with the Kings

De’Aaron Fox scored 36 points, Buddy Hield added 22 and the Sacramento Kings edged the Los Angeles Clippers 113-110 for their fourth straight win on Sunday, the Kings are 7-1 since losing 19 to the Clippers January 20. Lou Williams scored 23 as a backup for the Clippers, who lost two in a row for the first time this season. Kawhi Leonard had 20 points and 10 rebounds
