Surabaya – The name of Ustaz Hanan Attaki is back in the news. This time because the ustaz was sworn in to become a Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) member.

“I, Ustaz Hanan Attaki, declare that I take Bai’at, swear an oath, follow the teachings of the clergy’ creed, habaib, kiai from the ahlusunnah wal jamaah,” said Hanan following Kiai Marzuqi’s words as seen by detikJatim on YouTube ponpesgasekTV, Friday (12/5/2023).

“I, Ustaz Hanan Attaki, swear allegiance for the sake of God to truly enter and follow the congregation, the congregation and the teachings of Nahdlatul Ulama,” he continued.
