Patients also come with various complaints, ranging from fertility problems to back pain.

One couple from Panama said they didn’t know if Goliath’s treatment would work.

Even so, they revealed that Goliath correctly guessed their backgrounds, including the work of the husband.

Another patient said that Goliath’s famous name came from his expertise in dissecting people using a machete and concocting conventional medicine.

Leonides Lara said, at first she did not believe. “But once you come and see science practiced here, that’s what makes it famous.”

While treating his patients, Goliath uses a piece of paper and a lit candle to scan the patient, much like an X-ray.

The healer continued, his caregivers were terrified while working with him, because he could end up in prison.

In addition, the police began investigating his unusual treatment methods. However, he insisted he had not done anything illegal.
