Unlike the usual ones who use the presidential car, this time the President Joko Widodo using a black Toyota Alphard H plate.

President Joko Widodo had opened the window of his car and waved goodbye to tourists and residents who were near the location.

Several people were heard calling the name of President Joko Widodo.

“Earlier, Pak Jokowi opened the window and waved,” said one tourist from Cilegon, Nurhasanah (53) when met in front of the Presidential Palace, Yogyakarta Agung Building, Saturday (30/04/2022).

While walking in Malioboro, he saw that there were many police officers on guard. It turned out that the police officer was on guard because President Joko Widodo’s entourage passed Malioboro Street to Gedung Agung.

“When I saw it from there, Pak Jokowi didn’t use the RI 1 car, he just used an ordinary car like the Alphard. When you got here, Pak Jokowi opened the window and waved, I really wanted to shake hands,” he said who was going home to Gununungkidul, Yogyakarta.

As previously reported, President Joko Widodo will carry out Lebaran homecoming to Yogyakarta on Saturday (30/4/2022) or today.

“(President goes home) Saturday,” said the source on Thursday (28/4/2022).

Jokowi will be in Yogyakarta for about two to three days.
