After yesterday the half Millennium of Mexico published that the Secretary of Foreign Relations of that country, Marcelo Ebrard, will have to decide in the next few days if the former deputy, Luis Rabbé, is extradited to Guatemala to face the accusations against him for a case of the Special Prosecutor’s Office against Impunity (FECI), several users of the social network Twitter have written to the Mexican official to ask him to authorize the transfer of the former legislator to face the Guatemalan Justice.

Milenio states that Ebrard should consider the decision to extradite the former president of Congress to Guatemala, since this could affect the relations between the government of Guatemala and that of Mexico, in addition, it points out that a court in that country previously indicated, replicating the arguments of the defense, which must take into account the suspicions that Rabbé could be a “politically persecuted person”.

USERS REQUEST EXTRADITION

For this reason, several users of the Twitter social network began to write tweets to the Secretary of Foreign Affairs of Mexico, who is active on that platform and sometimes even discloses information in this way, to authorize the extradition, mainly they indicate that Rabbé is not a politically persecuted person as his lawyer argued.

“Mr. @m_ebrard and Mr. @lopezobrador_ are reminded that the criminal Luis Rabbe is a person with an open process in Guatemala. You cannot deny the justice of this country the right to sentence such a dark character. Sorry what they are doing ”, can be read in one of the messages of the user @ mbrc11.

“Mr. President @lopezobrador_ in Guatemala this corrupt Luis Rabbe is being sought, I hope that his officials act soon so that they authorize the extradition so that he can face justice here in Guatemala,” quoted José Antonio Diéguez, another Twitter user requesting the extradition of the former president of the Luis Rabbé Congress.

“The process against Luis Rabbé is for corruption. The government of @lopezobrador_ should not protect a corrupt person. Foreign Minister @m_ebrard urges that # ExtraditenARabbé “, wrote Iduvina Hernández, defender of Human Rights.

“Mr. @m_ebrard, with great respect, I inform you that Luis Rabbe has an open judicial process for acts of corruption. He is a politician who stole the national treasury and used his mafia power, not a politically persecuted person. I ask you to #ExtraditeARabbe ”, published Claudia Samayoa.

“@M_ebrard Luis Rabbé is a former minister and former deputy who abused his position to steal, among other things, filled Congress with ghost seats, is an accomplice in huge embezzlements and is a fugitive from justice. He is not a politically persecuted! # ExtraditeARabbé ”, wrote Omar Vásquez.

RABBÉ INTRODUCES AMPARO

THE CASE
