Nvidia has prepared an unpleasant surprise for the owners of their video cards who decide to update their drivers. For all users from Russia, this will be impossible: applications like GeForce Experience will hang in “Retries” without limit, and the official website will show the following message:
Access denied. This request has been blocked by Edgecast WAF, please email the following Case ID 307243477210460763611326752623667994401 to [email protected].
The problem is solved by enabling VPN. You can also download drivers directly from our website, where we store different versions of drivers for your convenience.
There were no official statements or comments from Nvidia at the time of writing. It is worth noting that the company officially left Russia in October 2022, at the same time suspending the official commitment and support for its programs.
