FromSoftware will reveal new details about Armored Core 6: Fires of Rubicon in 2023, but for now, hardcore fans of the series can’t stand by and watch. One of them is a Gearphyr user who has posted several images on social media. from the first escape after having retouched them to make them presentable.
The images you find in the thread at this link are actually leaked frames that appeared on the web earlier this year, but they were basically not viewable due to the obvious lines of watermarks applied to them.
Gearphyr edited each image with great patience to remove as many watermarks as possible. The result obviously isn’t perfect, but now at least the images showing the different locations and mech fights are at least clear and allow us to get an idea of the game’s art direction.
Armored Core 6: Fires of Rubicon is in development for PS5, Xbox Series X | S, PS4, Xbox One, and PC, with a retail debut slated for 2023. Game director Marau Yamamura recently revealed that the game won’t have an open world and won’t have any links to previous entries in the series.
