When police entered a building in the Houston area of Texas, USA, they were greeted by a tragic sight. There they found the remains of a child, as well as three surviving siblings who have apparently been abandoned.
Called the police themselves

It is said that one of the children, a 15-year-old, called the Harris County Police Department on Sunday afternoon and told them that his nine-year-old brother had been dead for a year and that his body was inside the apartment.
