On June 24, the Supreme Court overturned its Roe v. Wade which, since 1973, guaranteed the right of women to terminate their pregnancy. Since then, about fifteen states have completely banned abortion on their soil.
Participants in the march welcomed the decision. They called on yet more states to introduce bans.
