The Slovenians attacked in vain for an equaliser, but could not score. A few seconds before the end of the game, there was a serious Slovenian chance, but the puck didn’t stick, so Slovenia is the first to be eliminated from the World Cup.

According to the paper form, France did not cause any problems for the United States in the group of the Hungarian national team. He already scored three goals in the first period, and added another goal in the second period. The French were completely tired for the last twenty minutes, which the Americans punished with five more goals. Cutter Gauthier also had three goals while Drew O’Connor scored twice. So the United States remains unblemished and will surely advance to the quarterfinals in first place in Group A.

Czech Republic-Switzerland
The Czechs led in the first period with Roman Cervenka’s goal, but Romain Loeff equalized, and in the second half, the Swiss turned the game around thanks to Andres Ambühl’s double.
