Fully vaccinated are allowed to travel to the USA again. According to the information available so far, there are no exceptions for those who have recovered. The rules in detail:

as fully vaccinated is valid two weeks after the last required injection. There is currently no time limit for the validity of the vaccination. The vaccination status must be proven by digital vaccination card (with QR code) or vaccination pass. All vaccines approved in Germany (including cross vaccinations) are accepted.

Stricter entry rules from December 6th
