(CercleFinance.com) – After rising 0.6% in May (revised from an initial estimate of 0.5%), US business inventories rose 0.8% in June , according to the Department of Commerce, evolution generally in line with expectations.
For their part, sales of American companies climbed 1.4% in June, again compared to the previous month. Their inventory-to-sales ratio stood at 1.25, compared to 1.41 at the end of June of the previous year.
