Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan met Zelensky and top Ukrainian officials during a visit to Kyiv.
The assistance is the implementation of a promise made by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman during a telephone call with President Volodymyr Zelensky in October 2022 regarding the provision of an additional humanitarian aid package to Ukraine.
The agreement includes a collaborative program to provide $100 million worth of humanitarian assistance to Ukraine.
It also includes a $300 million oil financing as grant submitted by the government of Saudi Arabia through the Saudi Development Fund.
