The major US stock indexes registered fractional progress in the first session of the week.
The Dow Jones gained 0.52% to 35,411 points, while the S&P500 rallied 0.4% to 4,555 points. Plus sign also for the Nasdaq (+0.19% to 14,059 points).
Tesla closes in positive territory (+3.48% to $269.06). UBS analysts raised the target price on the auto giant from $220 to $270; however, experts have downgraded the rating from “Buy” to “Neutral”.
Oil stocks are also in the process, after the price of crude oil in New York (contract expiring in August 2023) reached 79 dollars a barrel. Chevron and ExxonMobil gained 1.94% and 1.54%, respectively.
