Intel Group shares (NASDAQ:) declined by 3.06%, or 1.07 points, at a price of 33.85, while Amgen Company shares (NASDAQ:) closed down by 2.06%, or 5.75 points, at 273.06.
On the other hand, the best performance in the Standard & Poor’s 500 index was recorded by MGM Resorts International (NYSE:), which rose by 3.97% at a price of 36.65. Invidia Group (NASDAQ:) also continued its rise at 3.84% and closed at Levels of 429.75, and the shares of Airbnb (NASDAQ:) rose about 3.35% and ended its trading at 120.39.
Among the weakest performing stocks today, we mention FMC Corp. (NYSE:), which fell by 13.19% and closed its session at 58.12, Bath & Body Works Inc. (NYSE:), which lost 4.95% at a price of 29.56, and The Mosaic Company (NYSE:), which lost 4.86% and closed at a price of 33.69 in today’s session on the stock exchange.
On the other hand, the best performance in the Nasdaq index was recorded by INVO Bioscience Inc (NASDAQ:), which rose by 292.59% at 2.12, LumiraDx Ltd (NASDAQ:) also continued its rise at 215.98% and closed at 0.28 levels, Likewise, Akumin Inc (NASDAQ:) shares rose by 144.86% and ended its trading at a price of 0.36.
Among the weakest performing stocks today, we mention Apollomics Inc (NASDAQ:), which fell by 42.91% and closed its session at 0.99, Spectaire Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:), which lost 39.44% at 3.01, and Agrivy Corp ( NASDAQ:), which weakened by 37.04% and closed at 1.53 today’s session on the stock exchange.
The number of stocks that declined the most exceeded the number of stocks that closed with an increase in trading on the New York Stock Exchange with 2030 compared to 871, while 76 remained unchanged.
