The United States set a new record for daily deaths from coronavirus on Tuesday, touching 4,000 deaths in 24 hours.

Johns Hopkins University indicated that 3,930 deaths and 250,173 new coronavirus infections were reported in the last day.
The US health authorities indicated that it is not yet clear that all of them have occurred in the last 24 hours.
