“US President Joe Biden vows to hold Russia accountable for Novichok use”

The United States intends to seek to bring the Russian Federation to justice for the use of the poisonous substance Novichok.

“We must all work together to encourage the remaining countries to join the Chemical Weapons Convention. I call on all countries to stand up for the truth and join us in holding accountable violations of this treaty, including Syria’s use of sarin, and Russia’s use of nerve agents such as “Newcomer,” the US president said in a statement.
