The incident happened on Thursday. Biden was returning to his seat after shaking hands and greeting the students of the academy when he fell on the stage. Then an Air Force officer and U.S. Two Secret Service agents rushed to Biden’s aid.
Eighty-year-old Biden is the oldest person to reach the presidency of the United States. A teleprompter was set up on stage for Biden and other speakers. To support this teleprompter, Biden reportedly fell over an object placed on the ground.
