The President of the United States indirectly addressed these words to Congress, where aid to Ukraine has been blocked for months. Biden insisted that the United States would regret it bitterly if it withdrew its support. According to the US president, because of Ukraine, one of the rare moments in history occurred when Europe looked at Russia without fear. He insisted that such a moment should not be missed because of indecision.
“If we withdraw now and Russia manages to continue its invasion, to overthrow Ukraine, what do you think will happen to the Balkan countries? What do you think will happen to Poland? Or to Hungary and Orban? Seriously – think about it. It will change radically the whole picture,” said US President Joe Biden.
