According to him, every time the United States releases one of the military aid packages, there is always a delay of several days, if not weeks, so the weapons from the latest military aid package have not yet all been delivered to Ukraine.
“This will happen in the coming days and weeks. Beyond that, there is no funding,” a White House spokesman said.
