The sixth seeded Kvitová has not lost a set at the New York grand slam so far, but neither did her Sunday opponent. The two-time Wimbledon winner clashed with Rogers once and lost to Roland Garros 0: 6, 7: 6 and 0: 6 in Round 2 four years ago.
