“I have high confidence in our ability to see what constituted a significant Russian military build-up near Ukraine. <...> I also believe that the analysis prepared by the US intelligence community, which indicates that the Russian government is seriously considering such an exercise and is preparing operational planning for it, is fully justified, “the White House spokesman said.

In this regard, he noted, the United States called on allies and partners, in particular in Europe, to jointly declare to Moscow about the consequences in case of an attempt to seize Ukrainian territories.
