Efforts to establish safeguards and a floor for U.S.-China relations have yet to come to fruition, U.S. Indo-Pacific Coordinator Kurt Campbell said Thursday.
Mr Campbell, who was speaking at an event organized by the Center for a New American Security (CNAS) think tank, said the coming months will provide indications of whether constructive diplomacy with China can be restored. .
